Our founder Karina spent over a decade in her kids’ classrooms and school gardens helping nurture an understanding of the natural world and developed hands on, interactive lessons for all ages along the way!

Today, we’re excited to introduce a downloadable unit of information useful in keeping minds and bodies active. It’s a different kind of science class aimed at engaging our minds and inspiring more wonder and connection with our natural world!

Designed for kids and grown ups alike, Sacred Elements’ Plant School is comprised of 3 different chapters, each a different lesson starting with the magical world of marimo, moss and algae.

Photosynthesis, the circadian rhythm, electromagnetic and mechanical waves and explore Light, Sound and Water.

Karina created these adaptable lessons for ages from 4-up and hope to encourage learning through hands on activities.
