Chicory Root, Fenugreek Seed, Star Anise, Calendula, Tulsi, Honeybush, Cinnamon, Licorice Root, Ginger, Cloves, Cardamom, Black Pepper and Vanilla.
To Use: With a tea kettle or a Thermos Tea Bottle, infuse 1-2 teaspoons of the Winter Warmth tea blend into 8oz of hot water and let steep for around 10 minutes. Enjoy as is or add a teaspoon of raw honey and raw for optimal flavor and nutrient assimilation. Makes 16 to 18 servings.
