Sacred Elements was born from a desire for more moments of tranquility. Karina discovered the answer when she began to slow down and reconnect with the natural world both indoors with her houseplants and outside in nature.

Karina founded Sacred Elements in 2015 with the goal of sharing what she refers to as Natural World Therapy with her growing community worldwide. She shares how to create Sacred Spaces, a form of nature therapy indoors. Surrounded by plants, elements, life, these spaces teach how to thrive in a new way while reconnecting with nature daily, from inside your home and outside in the fast paced world. 

Karina shares her years of hands on experiences nurturing hundreds of houseplants, gardens and of course, marimo! Her intrinsically curious nature lead her to find and develop ways to care for plants, while also lessening the impact on the environment.
